Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately (Up to 3 days after receiving) Let us know if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

FALSE CHARGEBACKS

If we believe you filed a bogus chargeback accusing us of not receiving your item, we will let Shopify know. If we succeed in the chargeback dispute, we will charge you a fee in addition to the amount you paid for the item. Thank you, and use your judgment.

PreOrder Items

If a item says for preorder in the description please give 2-4 weeks time for production and up to 5 days for shipping. thank you for your trust and cooperation.
